guess who's back! ♥ 3:15 AM

This is pretty late but YES, I met them last week (or was it two weeks ago?) and yes it's nice to see your old friends. You always pick up from where you last left off.

Thanks to Nana, Shaz and I got to join in the excitement to be a part of the F1 crowd. We had a lot of fun even though we knew nuts about the Night Race. I went for the race with minimal knowledge of Grand Prix. I know for one that Hamilton is hot, that he is the world champion racer but Ferrari is the champion team. Not bad eh! I also know that I would have to use ear plugs on site. I also thought that there would be a simultaneous race for the qualifying round, and that there would be 61 laps. But but but, I was so damn wrong! Apparently, after watching the real race, I realised what a bore the qualifying race was.

Plus, Nana got us grandstand tickets at the Padang, which is very near to the F1 village where there are a lot of merchandise being sold. They were very pretty, but pretty expensive too. Although our seats were facing a straight track, the view was stupendous and the atmosphere was great. Our seating area was quite unpacked because it was allocated for mostly media crews who did not turn up. Nana's mum and her bestfriend was there too, so there was camaraderie all around. :)

We were pretty flustered after the race ended because there was human congestion all around the exits (as you can see from the above picture) so we headed to Starbucks to cool ourselves whilst waiting for Dha, who was working at the VIP grandstand and who saw Hamilton in real life, that bitch. It was my first time seeing Dha with a sling bag and T-shirt since we left TK. Anyway no pictures because Shaz hasn't upload them and Mr Bodybuilder is too busy to convert the pictures for us.

My Eid has been pretty much better than I expected. I only started to panic about not having shoes/bag/earring/accessories 3 days before Eid, and over the past Ramadhan I have at least met with everyone I really wanted to meet. Friends, girlfriends, boyfriends, gayfriends, even my lesbian friends!

Even my dad was being such a sweetie, reliving those days when he used to really pamper me. I've always had cravings since I was a child, and I'd sometimes demand for soya bean milk at outrageous hours and my dad would comply and head to the nearby 7E to buy me soya milk. Back then, we had a house that had a 24 hours convenience store nearby. Anyway, on Raya eve, I was craving for kebab so badly, and I couldn't make it to Geylang with Sid so I kept bugging my dad, repeating over and over again that I wanted kebab, only half hopeful that he would even listen. But he did, and he drove me to Geylang at 1 am just to get kebab. I know right, so soppy and so apt considering it was the eve of Eid.

Anyway, my 2nd day of Raya was spent in school doing food rationing and pigging out with my classies (actually it's just the girls and Jon) waiting for teachers. Then we headed to the CC to study like it wasn't 2nd Syawal and until the cleaner chased us out of the reading room. And right now I cannot sleep. I think I function better at night. I bet I won't wake up tomorrow for school.

I WANT FULL ATTENDANCE!
