Yesterday, the girls and I rocked the gym as part of our plan to lead a healthy lifestyle and gain our fitness back. So after THEY fussed about what to wear to the gym, we finally got down to business and did threadmills and the cycling machine and many other exciting facilities. It honestly felt like a playground for us. We tried all the different things there and did stupid nonsensical things and oh did I mention that dear Tasha wore pumps to the gym? We laughed more than we exercised and I am very ashamed to say that the housewives there were fitter and more energetic than us. Oh the horror!


Anyway there was a particular guy that annoyed me very much. I was at this particular machine/facility(?) reading the steps because I wanted to try it and that guy just asked me to "excuse" him as he laid his towel there and signaled for me to move away from the machine/facility(?) so he could use it. He could just ask whether I was using it to which I would kindly say no, go ahead and then everything could have been civilised but nooooo, he chose to be a chauvinist. Seriously dude, I'M TRYING HERE SO CUT ME SOME SLACK. When was the last time your girlfriend bothered to go to the gym anyway! We even set personal targets for ourselves hokay and Tasha's was to do 5 sit-ups. HAHAHA. No pictures because I would not put myself to that sort of trouble. d:


After that, we met Nana and had DURIANS! There goes all our 3 hours of exercise, with one single freaking durian dessert. But it was worth every single calorie, would do it again anytime!


Today was a great day at work with Ann who is the only person I know who has a manual to everything, from paying bills to washing her face. She has a manual for all that, and more. And I wrote her a manual on How To Use A Sponge To Wash Your Face. Seriously. So the plan tomorrow was to go to the polyclinic with Ann to get a referral together and then browse for e******** and tea-shopping and then the usual friday reunion with the Weekender but I think I may really be heading to the clinic not for a referral but for flu medication. I've been sneezing like a sneeze machine!!!!!!!!!!!!!
